2.1 Acceptance of Terms
By engaging NexoraVisualWorks for web design services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2.2 Scope of Services
NexoraVisualWorks provides web design, UI/UX design, development, and related digital services as described in individual project proposals. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in the corresponding service agreement.

2.3 Payment Terms
Payments are due as outlined in the project proposal. A 50% deposit is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final file delivery. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.

2.4 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work transfer to the client. NexoraVisualWorks retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.5 Revisions
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75/hour. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of deliverable submission.

2.6 Project Timeline
Timelines are estimated and commence upon receipt of all required materials and deposit. Delays in client feedback or material provision may extend the project timeline proportionally.

2.7 Limitation of Liability
NexoraVisualWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

2.8 Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

4.1 Refund Eligibility
NexoraVisualWorks offers refunds under the following conditions: the project has not commenced work, the service delivered significantly differs from the agreed scope, or a written cancellation is received within 48 hours of deposit payment.

4.2 Partial Refunds
If work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. The 50% deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun. Any additional payments are refundable on a pro-rata basis for undelivered work.

4.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: domain registration fees, hosting prepayments, third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf, and completed work that meets the agreed specifications.

4.4 Refund Process
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your project details and reason for the request. Refund requests are processed within 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4.5 Disputes
